Staffs are very accommodating.We stay for 3 nights the experience was satisfying.clean room,cold AC .The owner was very kind he’s the one personally picking up and dropping off the guest from airport - pension house vice versa ... highly recommended for both local and foreign tourists..

Very comfortable bed!

Very comfortable bed! Big, spacious room. Super clean.

Reception staff told me the airport shuttle would be after breakfast. However, they arrived early so I didn't get a chance to even have a cup of coffee.

Very clean and comfortable, great location for the airport and bus terminal. The airport pickup was a lovely touch (the pick up guy was very friendly)

3nights of pleasant clean comfortable accommodation

Gilins is off the Hwy and there for very peaceful , the gardens and it’s setting was relaxing and very nice the rooms very comfortable and extremely clean . Staff at the property couldn’t have been more helpful in all aspects and the breakfast was satisfying

Fantastic!!

1. They have a 24 hr check in desk and I seamlessly checked in at 3 am in the morning, on way from El Nido by bus. 2. The rooms are super comfortable and have a balcony too. Shower was hot. 3. Compliments to the manager who is an extremely helpful guy and good to make conversations with. 4. We could'nt get ready in time for breakfast and our tour pickup arrived, the manager was kind enough to give us packed breakfast at no extra charge. 5. They let you cook in their kitchen, on request which is extremely useful for travellers with special meal requirements. They even served us toasted bread in the evening at no extra charge. 6. There's a swimming pool coming up in the property. 7. Airport transfer was included in the stay and the owner personally dropped us at the airport in his car. 8. Wide array of snacks & beverages are available at the counter for purchase.

Just relaxing in Puerto Princesa

- It looks like a new property - It has private bathroom, Air Condition, TV and very good WIFI connection - It includes breakfast. It was nothing to write to your parents about it - It provides a free shuttle to the airport, both ways. Even at 05:00 AM for my departure to Manila.Thank you very much - The manager is very nice and helpful.

- The water pression needs to improve - Not stores, restaurants facilities around. It is a little isolated. You need to take a tricycle, tuk-tuk, at 50 Philippine Pesos, about $1.00 and the hotel will call one for you.

Nearly everything was great. Near the bus terminal with free transfer from airport and to bus. Clean, comfortable, good wifi, large well equipped rooms.

Not a fan of the 3hr rooms advertised/available there!!! Couldnt get hot shower to work. Staff fixed it once but it didnt last long.
